The customer recently purchased a 19th century cottage and wanted to bring back some heritage features.
The black and white tiled floor made a statement as soon as people entered the house, laid at 45 degrees added an extra dimension. Not the easiest floor to work out and plan, especially as the entrance hall led into a larger hall with slopes (as any old property will have), and the tiles had to follow this gradient.
